Mocatree Operational Policy

1. PURPOSE
1. This Operational Policy contains information members ( hereinafter referred to as “User”) should acknowledge and understand while using the services provided by Mocatree (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) .
2. The Company reserves the right to revise and/or amend the Operational Policy in order to provide better services. Amendments and revisions shall be made easily available to users by way of notification in Notice or Operational Policy.Users are advised to periodically check our Operational Policy to avoid inconvenience to the use of the game.
3. Any matters not mentioned in this Operational Policy shall be governed by the Terms of Service, and any matters other than that shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the relevant laws/regulations or general social norms.
2. DEFINITIONS
(1) "Goldwing Casino Game Service" means web services, games, and other services provided by the "Company".
(2) “User" means a person who accesses and uses the Company's Game Services using an account issued by the Company after signing up and agreeing to the Use Agreement according to the procedure set out by the Company.
(3) The definitions of terms used in Operational Policy are as follows.
  • ① "Game money" means a tool for using game services,such as chips etc.
  • ②"Chips" means game money used in the Texas Holdem Chip Stadium.
  • ③"Point" means Golds, mileage, etc., and it is the virtual currency with no property value provided by the Company.
  • ④"Golds" means game asset which accumulated according to the use of gold games or are provided as event rewards.
  • ⑤"Mileage" means game asset that is accumulated according to the use of the game and provides certain benefits.
  • ⑥"Gems" means virtual currency which can purchase items in game.
(4) The definitions of the terms used in these Terms of Service shall be based on the relevant laws and regulations except as set forth in Paragraph 3, and the matters not set forth in these Terms of Service shall be governed by general commercial practices.
3. NON-POLICY RULES
Matters not specified in these policy or interpretation thereof shall be followed term of service, and the other matters shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations.
4. GAME MONEY MANAGEMENT
(1) Game money generated or acquired while a member uses the service has nothing to do with cash, and the company's paid services cannot be used with game money.
(2) All rights to game currency belong to the company.
(3) The company does not accept game money transactions between members.
(4) The company does not recover game money caused by disconnection due to a member's network problem.
(5) The company may modify the member's game money and grade when it is deemed necessary for the operation of the service.
5. POINT MANAGEMENT
(1) The company can operate a point system so that members can use the service efficiently.
(2) Points are a kind of points that are accumulated when using the service, have no property value, and are not cashable.
(3) All rights to points belong to the company, and members cannot transfer, donate, or sell points to the other.
(4) Points can be changed or canceled if necessary depending on the company's service operation status, and there is no compensation for this. In case of change or abolition, it will be notified within the service.
(5) Points cannot be held or used in excess of the limits set by the company (holding limit, place of use, etc.), and if points excess of the limit will expire.
(6) If a member withdraws, the points will automatically expire.
(7) If a member acquires points in a manner other than the standard of the policy, the company may arbitrarily delete all or part of the points and take other various measures.
6. USE RESTRICTION POLICY

    • - Category : Using inappropriate nicknames
      Restriction: : 1st violation - nickname will arbitrarily changed upon warning ; 2nd violation - Restriction 1 day ; 3rd violation - Restriction 30 days ; 4th violation - Restriction 1 year
    • - Category : An act of defame others, such as abusive language, slander, or sexual harassment
      Restriction : 1st violation - warning ; 2nd violation - Restriction 1 day ; 3rd violation - Restriction 7 days ; 4th violation - Restriction 30 days
    • - Category : An act of sharing, distributing, promoting, or advertising inappropriate content in mailbox,chatting window,etc.
      Restriction : 1st violation - warning ; 2nd violation - Restriction 1 day ; 3rd violation - Restriction 30 days ; 4th violation - Restriction 1 year
    • - Category: An act that hinder the normal operation of the game.
      Restriction : 1st violation - warning ; 2nd violation - Restriction 1 day ; 3rd violation - Restriction 30 days ; 4th violation - Restriction 1 year
    • - Category : An act of making such inappropriate language, slandering, or provoking sexual humiliation to disrupt the operation of Customer Support .
      Restriction : 1st violation - warning ; 2nd violation - Restriction 1 day ; 3rd violation - Restriction 30 days ; 4th violation - Restriction 1 year
    • - Category: An act of impersonating the operator and company officials to cause damage to others.
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction 1 year ; 2nd violation - Restriction Permanent
    • - Category: An act of falsely reporting and manipulation of evidence that deceive the operator.
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction 1 year ; 2nd violation - Restriction Permanent
  • ② Personal information
    • - Category: An act of acquiring the personal information of another person without the consent of the parties.
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction Permanent
    • - Category: An act of using another person’s personal information to create an account or use the service. 
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction Permanent
    • - Category: An act of making payments for service use, etc. through unauthorized access to another person's payment method 
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction Permanent
  • ③ Abnormal play(Collusion with others etc.)
    • - Category: An act of harming others through the play of users whose connection is confirmed.
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction 1 year
    • - Category: An act of manipulating victory or defeat by systematically playing with two or more users
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction 1 year
    • - Category: An act of playing an organizational play in the same place or with multiple IDs.
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction 1 year
    • - Category : An act of causing damage to others due to abnormal betting or play.
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction 1 year
    • - Category : Repeating the abnormal pattern of game play. ( Repeat betting 1BB&Call,fack playing)

  • ④ Abnormal using
    • - Category : An act of using hacking or illegal programs.
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction 1 year
    • - Category : An act of acquiring game money using system failures or errors.
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction 1 year
    • - Category : An act of acquiring game money by abnormal or illegal means.
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction 1 year
    • - Category : Excessive collection/use of event coupons, game money, etc.
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction 1 year
    • - Category : An act of requesting cancellation or refund of paid products without justifiable reasons.
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction 1 year
    • - Category : An act of damaging other players in a way not permitted by the game.
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction 1 year
    • - Category : An act of signing up for multiple accounts and paying from one IP
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction 1 year
  • ⑤ Real Money Trade 
    • - Category: In case of habitual behavior of intentionally losing,losing game money or points, etc.
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction 1 year
    • - Category : An act of trading items, game money, points, etc. with real money.
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction 1 year
    • - Category : An act of inducing or advertising cash transactions of game money, points, and items.
      Restriction : 1st violation - Restriction 1 year
(2) Sanctions and Withdraw
  • ① In principle, sanctions according to actions subject to sanctions are applied to the entire service of web board games (including poker games and games related to them).
  • ② Depending on the action subject to sanctions, game money will be withdrawed all or part of the account (ID) with the same name, including the account (ID) subject to sanctions.
  • ③ Withdraw items include game money and points.
  • ④ The restriction period may be changed at the discretion of the operator depending on the severity of the action to sanctions.
  • ⑤ In case of suspension of use, the sanctioned account (ID) or all accounts (ID) with the same name is permanently restricted.
  • ⑥ All or part of the account (ID) made by the same name may also be included in the sanctioned subject.
  • ⑦ The sanctioned account which has been suspended or restricted are prohibited from joining the membership during the sanction period.
  • ⑧ Depending on the number of recidivism, consecutive sanctions may be imposed according to the time period.
  • ⑨ Although there are sanctions standards, sanctions can be reduced or heavier according to the degree of violation by users.
  • ⑩ Even if it is not stipulated in the policy, sanctions may be imposed for actions that interfere with game operation or cause damage to other users.
  • ⑪ Please follow the policy for refund of the sanctions account(ID) and request it through the customer center.
  • ⑫ If the behavior of the sanctioned object violates the current laws and regulations, in addition to sanctions, it may also be subject to civil and criminal sanctions through additional investigation appointments and other methods.
(3) Exceptions
  • ① Users can be restricted from logging in for up to 7 days, which is the period required for fact-finding and action, and sanctions will be lifted if they are found innocent during the investigation period.
  • ② User account may be temporarily restricted for payment theft or problem checking due to hacking, and the account (ID) can be restored after checking the authenticity.
  • ③ If it is confirmed that the restriction is caused by abnormal use, the sanctions (restriction and suspension of use , etc.) will be lifted.
7. FAULT MANAGEMENT
According to the damage compensation regulations, Compensation will be provided to users who have suffered damage in using paid services due to disability.The user cannot claim additional compensation from company.
However, unavoidable inspections such as temporary inspections are excluded from compensation.
